As the nurse I was responsible for all H & P's, pre- and post-op assessments. I scheduled and precerted their surgeries. I was responsible for all patient calls, medications, wound care, dressing changes and assisting the physician with in-office procedures. As the Office Manager, I was responsible for staffing, vacation, supplies and entering all charges. I coded all surgeries and worked with the billing company to follow-up on aging AR. I also coordinated with the State and Federal correctional facilities to schedule inmates to be seen in our clinic and have surgery as deemed necessary. Physician closed his private practice October 2023 to join Baptist Neurosciences. Since that time, I have continued to make medical records available for the patients and worked to decrease the aging AR as much as possible.

Worked PRN as a Staff Nurse in the ER Department. Responsibilities included but not limited to Triage, Trauma Bay, Peds. BLS, ACLS, PALS

Worked PRN until clinic was established and staffed. Assisted with coding and billing. Scheduled patient appointments and surgeries. Precerted imaging studies, procedures and surgeries. Made referrals and scheduled patient follow-ups.
