MARY BETH GRUNDMAN

Houston,TX

Summary

I find my energy in problem-solving. I love analyzing processes and the people that run them to create a more efficient, comfortable, and accurate system. My favorite jobs have been those that are challenging, but with a supportive work team who helps me to make needed changes in the company and tackle meaningful projects. I am a high-energy individual with an eye for patterns in detail. At work, I like to grind out my project and stay focused while still being socially engaged with coworkers throughout the day. I have experience in a variety of industries and am looking to explore more new areas of business.

Outside of work, I stay active in sports, competitive races, and at the gym. I love being outside with friends on my days off and spending time with family. I dedicate time outside of work to the Texas Military Department, Brazos County A&M Club, and my local church.
