Multi-faceted responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling patient referrals, diagnostic procedures and surgeries in conjunction with Hospital Procedure Schedulers and Operating Room Schedulers, building and maintaining excellent patient relationships, managing heavy incoming/outgoing phones and faxes while managing electronic filing systems by routing various medical records in addition to maintaining detailed administrative processes and procedures including FMLA forms and medical work notes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
