As a learning consultant in the Archdiocese I had these responsibilities:

-Training teachers to work with students who had diagnosed learning disabilities

-Working with students on goals and remediation to achieve success in their classes

-Communicating with parents and outside resource for my students

-Working with Vocational Rehab so the students would be able to live independently once they have graduated

-Observing and giving feedback to the teachers

-Administering assessments and monitoring a testing room

-Being part of a student Care team

• Enhanced customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
• Supervised employees of the phone room and observing their people and communication skills
• Working with local funeral homes in carrying out the wishes of the family in regards to floral arrangements
• When the retail store was open inside Central Design, I would check out customers and assure that they were helped in a timely manner and gave suggestions for purchases
• Arranged for floral deliveries on the weekends when the transportation manager was not there
• Worked with the courier service to assure that flowers were delivered according to the wishes of the customer
