Ms. Marino serves as a Teacher Assistant in the LRH Exceptional Education Department, specifically serving students in Advanced Orchestra, SWIS, Functional Skills, Art I, Intro to Journalism, and APE. Ms. Marino is knowledgeable, positive, student centered, and throughout the year she has invested in creating positive relationships with the students and teachers in each of her classes. She is caring and patient with the students and she is supportive of the goals of each of the teachers in the class. Ms. Marino takes time to meet the individual social, emotional and academic needs of the students and she is collaborative in her approach. Team teachers indicate that Ms. Marino is supportive of instructional delivery and classroom management in each class and she takes time to reinforce both school and classroom expectations when appropriate. Ms. Marino has done a wonderful job connecting with her students, investing in positive relationships with her students and colleagues, and she has made a positive impact on the social and emotional growth of the students that she serves.
