• CURRICULUM & INSTRUTION/LMS: Managed the expansion and implementation of different Mind-Body Practice (MBP) learning units to enhance student perspective of MBP field of future options.

· Collaborated daily with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare personnel to champion the nutrient, skin, mastication needs of older residents to prevent health decline.

· Train nursing staff, patients, and family on nutrition care of residents, at times proactively before admission to ensure comfortable transition.

· Teamed with physicians and medical staff to implement best nutrition care for residents in varied health statuses.

• Security Clearance, USAF Intelligence Graphics Department. Maintain secrecy while providing professional visual aids often with satellite imagery to military personnel.
