Im a well experienced Business/ system Analyst with five plus working year experience; im well in-depth experiences in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing life (STLC), project lifecycle , including requirement gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, deployment and Agile and waterfall development environment. I take my role as a business analysis very serious and professional. From project management to analyzing business needs and executing quality testing. Diligent professional possessing hands-on experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and fulfilling complex functional and business requirements of stakeholders and business users through interviews and JAD sessions. I develop procedures for implementing changes to production including risk analysis/ mitigation, technical documentation, and communication plans. I have worked with product owners to groom the backlog and plan sprints I have worked with various methodologies such as waterfall, spiral and Agile. I possess excellent analytical skills in understanding and identifying the business processes and conducting feasibility studies to develop scope and vision documents. i demonstrate high level of leadership, outstanding communication skills, working with product owner, stakeholders, and team members. Lead the effort to effectively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and then deliver the following artifacts as needed: functional requirements document, Business requirements document, use cases, process flow diagrams, GUI interface designs. I work hard, late and a team player; my team never lack my support. i interact with all in order to accomplish our common goal. Detail-oriented, organized; Works at fast pace to meet tight deadlines.
