I independently teach students in a Psychological Research Methods lab. My responsibilities include: designing and monitoring Brightspace pages, grading, lecturing, classroom management, taking attendance, holding office hours, creating a syllabus, teaching SPSS skills in data analysis, and helping create two student handbooks for writing/grammar and statistics/research design.

• Supported first-generation, low-income, and students with disabilities in their efforts to reach their academic goals in the following psychology courses: Introduction to Psychology, Social Psychology, Psychology Research and Statistics I, and Introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis.

• I provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, daycare, or school settings which includes taking baseline data, contriving trials to assess targets, logging session notes, billing sessions, following behavior management guidelines, administering schedules of reinforcement, teaching replacement behaviors, and communicating and collaborating with caregivers, early interventionists, and my supervising BCBA's and fellow BT/RBTs.

• I was in charge of maintaining activities and efforts on the floor by assigning tasks, providing customer services strategies to increase sales, and overseeing the registers and check-out process. Additionally, I have experience processing shipment and store orders, opening and closing the store, tracking the daily sales goals, ordering supplies, and training and evaluating co-workers.
