As trainer 2 employee, My role is to learn the process using standard operation process and training associates and new associates at the warehouse work floor being organized and work in safe work environment.

  • A trainer is to answer and help associates that need help in proper areas and helping them with problems and questions and showing a right and proper way to fix a problem.

When problems can't be fixed we ask supervisor or the lead to for their guidance, to help fix a problems or get a warehouse management team to fix a problems that can't be fixed. help designated areas and help push out orders and helping in areas needed. such as drop cons ,where fork lift drivers drops off costumers wave on designating work area scanning barcode indicating that the pallet was drop off, once it's drop off. The label control team work on t pallet and scan, an receiving pallet gets label and scans the barcode with RF Scanner and printing the proper labels prints and checking for proper label placement for the costumer by matching th labels with the last 4 numbers of LPN's indicated as license pallet id for each individual cases. Once all labels are places , we mark one side of the LPN with black marker to block the barcodes from being scan from the costumer , once all labels and barcode has been finished we place a flag, to let the consolidators know that can work on the pallet .Consolidator -picks up that pallet with the flag , the associates uses a RF scanner and check or customer label and checks for customer requirements and height limit and locations , anor the pallet into the proper consolidated area by scanning each customer label to proper area using shipping label for that customer or anor the customer to a new area that is available and scan that customer to the location scanning the customer label and location barcode when anor to a new location , once the customer exceeds max height the associates is to place a flag to indicate that the pallet for the assigned customer is finished and ready for the material run

  • Material Runner- takes the finished pallet with pallet jack with a flags on it ,scan a pallet id and each customer label to audit the proper amount for that customer is a right quantity on pallet is accurate to the customers needs, once the cases been all scan and quality matches end the audit , an material runner takes the pallet to bubble wrap robot and wraps the pallet and anor the finished pallet scans the shipping id for that pallet scans barcode on the floor and anor it to a location for the fork lift driver to locate the finish pallet .make a pick cart/ parcel team team - gets the boxes ready for the pickers on the tugger machine transporter , makes boxes following the box sizes on the labels and quantity created by the label management , sets the finished and created boxes on the baker racks and checks for the label placement for the customer on the white board places the the proper ucc and constant label on the placing t labels by smallest to biggest following a label number on the bottom of the labels, once the labels have be done we use a RF scanner and scan a barcode for that order and scan individual boxes , ear tag label as known as the content label, once labels have been all scan on a make pick cart on a RF scanner ends pallet and creates next boxes for next set of labels and repeat same steps .our job role as a trainer is to learn and train in many important area , as well addressing a proper training to a associates , leads and supervisor . Give feed backs and critical thinking to fix proper areas and to keep work areas flowing and moving as smooth as possible and working in safe work area , organized and safe environment and work on getting it ship to customers.

Medical Endoscopic Technician

  • As an disassembler endoscopic technician, my job and responsibilities is to wear protective PPE protective glasses, smog coats and latex gloves washing hand before and after working, making sure work table and jigs are disinfected and clean before working on endoscopic, I have to wear ESD waist band, while working on endoscopic, and refurbish the endoscopic, to check history of the doctor and customers requests on what to fix and replace on the endoscopic, diagnose check list using a computer and following a manual check list for any defects on a endoscopic such as major repairs and minors
  • Follow check list and making sure the customer labels and stickers match the endoscopic and it belongs to the customer and it's a Olympus brand and not a third party endoscopic
  • Diagnose and check the endoscopic is working, by checking all switch and checking if electrical wires are working looking for any damage wires and cuts and making sure it passes the test, while I wear a ESD wrist band for protection from static build up checking for visual sight or using a microscope and a microscope hand loop any damages like fading stickers, deep scratches or dents, checking for discoloration, corrosions, leakage, cracks or broken parts
  • Replacing and ordering medical products by using a parts list manual and searching for the barcode for the item on the computer and adding it to a order part list making sure it's right part and correct barcode matches
  • My task is to work on the endoscopic part i am certified and trained for check the status of the endoscopic using the correct manual on the computer and checking all barcode and serial number matches, check for defects ordering parts and putting the part back together with the proper jigs, grease, chemicals and making sure the stickers are good condition, screws are not damage and replaced with new screws using a screw head tool or electric screw tightening tool a, changing all rubber
  • Rings are all replaced with new ones
  • If their are problems on the endoscopic that you can't figure out the cause, you can ask second option from certified technician on question about the endoscopic ask a lead, supervisor

  • Working on endoscopic it's our role to live and protect or health while working on the endoscopic, we wash our hands before and after working on the endoscopic making sure we do 5s checking our stations counter tops are clean and disinfected with wipes and spray, disinfecting jig tools, microscope, computer tops and checking chemical dates and logging it in daily check in book, when working putting broken defects in waste basket and printing sticker and initial, throwing all screws and
  • Rings and working with rubbing alcohol disinfect endoscopic and working with glue and grease throwing it in waste container
  • Finalizing the endoscopic, making sure all the stickers, screws, O ring rubbers, grease, chemicals are all corrected, as well with the model of the endoscopic barcode sticker and serial number, once all has been doubled checked on the check listed and comments are added to what was replaced or any damage seen on the scope and why was it replaced and what reason and once all has been down you submit your job you took care with your name and personal passcodes, If some of the parts are being work on other technicians you put the scope in the correct box and start and new endoscope
  • Working with solder and removing wires and replacing it with new ones and also working with hot soldering station applying glue on the tip of the endoscopic and lens and putting into the oven, working with thread under microscope on A- rubber and using heated gun and blow dryer and using blade and following manual on computer.
