I gather project information to input accurate information into the respective systems. I respond to customer inquiries and project work orders. I input data entry into various databases in compliance of the project scopes. I am responsible for the maintenance calls for two military bases for a 270 million dollar contract. I am proficient in ARMA, the army maintenance system that was brought in from the start to the DPW division. As a key person working for the Department of the Army, I help make the implementations of ARMA and GFEBS, at Fort Stewart & Hunter Army Airfield a success. I receive all customer request and ensure the accuracy of recording the names, address, repairs and or service to be repaired.

I handle productivity work orders for HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry and Electrical, Waste Water and Roads and Grounds for all the Cantonments and Barracks for both Army bases.

I place work orders for walk in customers, use accounting codes to ensure that proper funding allocation on work orders are in accordance with IMCOM.

I work with the Directorate of Public works team with all priority work calls PRI 1 emergencies, and delegate any and all work for Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield.

I maintain all records and reports. I enter DMO's into two military data bases into ARMA and GFEBS. I am responsible for all work order placements for over 5000 facilities at two major Military bases.
