Working and going to school for the past 4 years learning important skills are a very necessary one includes working as a team. Being able to work with others really helps not only yourself but the whole organization. Not only that but also learning to be accountable in coming in on time and taking responsibility for getting things done. Learning to communicate is another big part of the working experience because communicate with people of all kinds and being able to handle that is a big responsibility and take pride in that.
