• Nurse Practitioner/Primary Provider and Program Manager for the LIFE clinic (Long-term Infant to Adult Follow-up and Evaluation Clinic) which is a multidisciplinary clinic which provides care to over 500 patients with surgical congenital anomalies
• Responsibilities include caring for general, thoracic, and fetal surgery patients in both the outpatient and inpatient setting, including pre-operative evaluations, post-operative care, and long-term follow-up visits. Primary liaison to the families between visits via telephone, e-mail, and MyChart messages and serve as the coordinator for outpatient DME supplies, authorizations, and referrals.
