  • Nurse Practitioner/Primary Provider and Program Manager for the LIFE clinic (Long-term Infant to Adult Follow-up and Evaluation Clinic) which is a multidisciplinary clinic which provides care to over 500 patients with surgical congenital anomalies
  • Responsibilities include caring for general, thoracic, and fetal surgery patients in both the outpatient and inpatient setting, including pre-operative evaluations, post-operative care, and long-term follow-up visits. (diagnosis and management). Primary liaison to the families between visits via telephone, e-mail, and MyChart messages and serve as the coordinator for outpatient DME supplies, authorizations, and referrals.
  • Active in creating and updating clinical care protocols using program-specific data as well as evidence-based data
  • Leader in CCS Specialty Care Center Compliance and Billing
  • Active in research projects including quality of life studies, case series highlighting clinical care and management, and program outcomes projects
  • Member of the Childhood Chronic Illness Center Clinical Care Design and Delivery Workgroup, the Chronic Illness Center Equity Taskforce, the Pediatric Ambulatory Improvement Group, and the Pediatric Surgery Patient Care Experience Team
