Summary

With over 12+ years of purchasing, inventory control, supply chain management including exposure to finance; the most 6 recent years being dedicated to management and mid management level development.

By connecting and closing gaps between suppliers and clients it allows trust and when people trust people the potential growth for the future increases.

I am a problem solver junkie. I have the understanding that most people are inclined to go after one issue that they consider the biggest issue to fix which will solve everything it has wrapped around it (symbolically vines that include entanglement).

This theory is the one I created and call the root vine layer. For me not all problems can be solved with one solution, and not all problems need to be hard.

Most problems are stemmed from layers that need to be removed to find the root. The complexity of the layers provides smaller solutions that add up to the big solution when the root is located. I truly enjoy finding the problems before finding the root. Investigation and digging deep is a favorite task of mine.
