• Facilitate and complete students' IEPs and PBSP, defining and targeting student learning objectives and educational goals and fostering family and student involvement and ownership.

• Establish partnerships and sampling opportunities with businesses and organizations to support the employment based curriculum and increase student employment opportunities.
• Provide direct support to students working onsite, or during pre-employment activities to support individual students' needs.
• Met FTE projections throughout the school year by, creating a meaningful transition program and implementing effective curriculum that lead to a 92% student success rate in 2022.

• Network and develop positive relationships with business leaders and employers to help grow the scope of industries accessed and decrease barriers to the trades.
• Work collaboratively with managers and staff supervisors to ensure the success and accountability of the students and with staff to develop specialized strategies to support students on the job.
• Create marketing and other informative materials for distribution to increase workplace inclusion awareness and employment opportunities.
• Maintain anecdotal records, such as conducting employment evaluations, maintaining weekly caseload notes, and IEP contribution in Employment and Community Involvement.
