As a (CCMA) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, I was assigned to the front reception position where I had the task of greeting all patients, company representatives, providers, and pharmaceutical representatives as well with a pleasant and welcoming attitude
As the front desk reception, I assisted many patients that came in requiring special assistance due to either mental or physical disabilities
I ensured that if they needed assistance from their vehicle, I would go out and physically assist them in transferring to pushing them inside with a wheelchair or walker if standby assist was needed
