  • I ensured that if they needed assistance from their vehicle, I would go out and physically assist them in transferring to pushing them inside with a wheelchair or walker if standby assist was needed
  • I displayed excellent customer service as well as complete knowledge of my job responsibilities of checking in, registering, and collecting all necessary information when it comes to insurance verifications, etc
  • Also, any end of the day transactions of services were completed, documented, scanned, and emailed to the necessary staff involved with the billing processes of payments for services rendered
  • When physicians were needing their schedules adjusted or changed due to PTO, training or just modified, I was able to do so in case I needed to contact patients to advise them and reschedule their appointments as needed
  • As my shift started at 0630 every morning, I ensured that all the opening duties of CCMAs were completed

  • Equipment was in proper working order, and equipment for checking patients’ blood or urine specimens was calibrated to ensure accuracy
  • When closing, I would assist the other CCMAs in ensuring that the equipment was still in good proper working condition, the patient rooms were stocked adequately with supplies and any lab orders that were scheduled to be done early in the morning were complete and ready to start in the morning

  • Some suffered accidents, injuries, or severe health conditions that may have left them in these conditions
  • I assisted with everything from activities of daily living, like showering, dressing, brushing their teeth, transporting, feeding, etc
