• Assisted with set up COVID vaccine clinic with the ability to administer over 1500 vaccines per day.

• Developed NVLY Primary Care Injection Training Course for all new Medical Assistants and Licensed Vocational Nurses. Course is now offered monthly for all outpatient primary care departments
• Created standard orientation for licensed staff, and partnered with unit managers to create standard orientation for Medical Assistants
