The project proposes a non-vision-based system utilizing electronic devices such as a microcontroller board programmed with Arduino. Flex sensors and a gyroscopic device are employed to interpret hand gestures in sign language. The output is displayed on an LCD screen connected to the Arduino and transmitted to a mobile phone via Bluetooth. This system operates without requiring illumination or precise capturing moments, offering portability and high accuracy. It aims to enhance communication between disabled individuals and the general population.
