At the Philadelphia Service Center, our call center's accuracy rate was 68%.  The Director of the Service Center requested that I take over to improve the accuracy.  In 120 days I brought the accuracy rate up to 94%.  I did this by having higher graded technical people on the call with the agents.  The technical people coached the call center employees and I held weekly 1 hour Training meetings on the top 10 mistakes.  This was a great accomplishment and one of my proudest achievements.
