Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on MEP system, in which included Electrical Execution, Instrumentation, Fire Alarm System, Plumbing, Firefighting / FM200 / NOVAC System, SEF (Smoke Extract Fan's) & SPF (Stair Case Pressurization Fan's). Taking part to complete the FLS system integration as per Cause & Effects Metrix to get the QCDD approval.
• Working on ETS & ACMV / HVAC System, includes Chilled water Pumps, FCU (Fan Coil Units), AHU's (Air Handling Units), FAHU (Fresh Air Handling Units) etc.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, construction, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities.
• Performing a wide range of engineering tasks, Inspection, Supervision, Operation, Testing & Commissioning of Low Voltage and Extra Low Voltage System including Motor Control Centers, Distribution Boards, Sub-Main Distribution Boards, Main Distribution Boards, HT & LT Switch Gear, Capacitor Bank and Cable Tray, Cable Trunking, Cable Ladder, Bus Duct, Cable Laying, Cable Glanding and Termination, Lighting Fixtures, (DALI controlled) and Emergency Lighting Central battery system, Small Power, Fire Alarm System, Suppression System FM-200, System, BACS Field devices and RIO Panels, Earthing System, Lightning Protection System,
• Material Calculation for site activities and daily Site Inspection of on-going work and make Progress Report.
• Ensure that the works are being carried out in accordance with contract requirements, drawings, method statement and ITP's. Management of the site activities to ensure that the team carries out the works in time with the delivery schedule.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and front-end studies including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take off's and out to tender schedules.
• Seek to clarify queries with the Design team through the request for information (RFI) system. Prepare method statements and risk assessments (with construction team) for production activities. Carry out Quality Control through inspections and snagging.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with client and its other members of the design team and contractors on technical and commercial issues. Implementation of and adherence of the team to the QA/QC and HSE policies and procedure.
• Drives, delivery and owns construction for the assigned station, supports the CM with defining scope/ construction interfaces and construction methods for all section works preparing necessary schedules and budgets and procuring plant, labor, materials and services as required necessary to effectively meet the program objectives.
• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant.
• Works with Field Engineering to document all turnover activities and assists in obtaining client acceptance at work.
• Verified on-time deliverables within budget parameters through effective management of project milestones.
• Coordinated materials delivery and organization to maintain smooth flow of work.

Roles and Responsibilities.

• Supervising and ensuring that Electrical works are being completed with proper order, required quality standards, BOQ's and shop/coordination drawings as per site condition and recommend solution for other Electrical services.
• Responsible for arranging and conducting meetings with the Consultant to improve operation and work progress of the Project.
• Checking and monitoring according to coordination drawings with other disciplines prior and during construction such as floor plan, space requirement, interfacing with various disciplines like RCP, concealed conduit installation, Fire alarm systems, Telephone & Data systems, public Address systems. CCTV, Cable Trays, Sleeves, Cable Trenches, Manholes, etc.
• Supervision & Installation of material as per approved letters, technical specs, method statements and shop drawings, Responsible for submission of inspection requests to Consultant
• Reporting directly to the Construction Manager and coordinating with the head office for any discrepancy and changes on any contract/shop drawings prior installation is required
• Issue site instructions and raise IR's regarding Electrical works, reviewing corrective action plan if there is any incompliance work carried out by the Manpower as well being responsible for safety matters of the assigned Sites.
