Director of the DEI Co-curricular Programs - Includes FLI@Colby (First Generation Low Income Program); and the International Student Program. These programs support a total of 540 students out of 2100 at Colby.
Executed programs advancing the Goucher College Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), a diversity initiative that provides opportunities to marginalized students who would otherwise not be academically eligible to attend Goucher College and a liberal arts education.
