3 Months- Measured Wazuh SIEM detection coverage for MITRE ATT&CK techniques by executing Atomic Red Team tests on Windows 11 VM and analyzing Wazuh log outputs for classification of 210+ simulated attacks.
- Increased correct ATT&CK technique identification from 3.3% to 22.9% by adding Sysmon event logging to raise accuracy and developed custom Wazuh detection rules for misclassified techniques to raise detection rate up again to 53.3%.
