Manage inventory, ordered materials, picked up materials, deliver materials to job sites (sometimes use of trailers)

Operate equipment to load trucks with material, or push material (skid steer, mini excavator, dingo, backhoe)

Daily use of Forklifts

In charge of tool room. Responsible for signing in and out tools. Responsible for keeping inventory of tools and ordering more if necessary. Along with consumable items, and drill bits, shovels, gloves, etc.

Responsible for keeping shop clean and organized. Unloading / loading trucks. Semi trucks with material stocked in warehouse or in yard.

Perform maintenance on machines

Inspect roofs, find roof leaks, fix roof leaks, tear off and replace roofs. (Metal and rubber)

Safety fire watch, blue light, ground guy.

Replace metal siding, repair siding
