Customer Service Representative

Wegmans Food Markets, Inc
03.2021 - 02.2023

As a customer service representative at Wegmas I learned the fundamentals of basic customer service by meeting the needs of all the customers I had interacted with. During my time at Wegmans I did a lot of different tasks starting out as a cashier, then moving my way to working on the "helping hands team" which was responsible for getting carts into the building for the customers as well as helping other customers load groceries into their car if needed. After my time on the helping hands team I decided to explore other departments and transitioned to the Dairy Department of the store, my time here I was responsible for making sure all products were stocked full and ordering new product when needed. I was also the main closer in the dairy department often setting up the department for success when the opening employees arrived. I worked in many other roles at Wegmans during my two years including prepared foods and the grocery department.
