Mason Fein

Helped start a middle school running club to teach proper running mechanics while also having fun. We meet once a week during the summer. I had to help write workouts and plan while also meeting with some teammates to send emails and get coverage.

• Observed gameplay to ensure adherence to rules and regulations.

• Collaborated with fellow officials to uphold game integrity and fairness.

I’m on the highschool varsity swim team and I volunteered time after my practices to help my coach with the middle school team and youth swim club. Helped me work with people while making practices fun and taught me a lot about the importance of communication.
