Responsible for working on daily issues throughout the plant along with larger projects to improve DOAS production as a whole.

Working alongside many different teams(Maintenance, Programming, Manufacturing Engineers, Automation Engineers, Designers, Automation Techs, and Prima Techs) to troubleshoot issues and complete projects.

Projects range from optimization of the Prima, Cincinnati press, and Foam press areas to installation and setup of machinery (Prima systems, ACP tool and various other items.)

  • For the last 3-4 years I have been responsible for checking the quality of sheet metal used within 2040 This involves checking the waviness and coil set of the metal, comparing it to Greenheck tolerances and calculating this data into "I units" which then are reported back to our metal distributor Recently I have trained the 2040 and 2050 materials department on this process
  • Great relations with current DOAS team members in 2040, 2050, and 1340 Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, Programming, and Design
  • Have personally worked alongside and have good relations with many Prima Techs that often help our DOAS plants
