Mason Keisch

● Planning and discussion skills: learned during my time on multiple planning committees through the Group 7 Cadet Advisory Council as my squadron’s primary representative. As well as communication and coordination with senior member leadership at home squadron on both day-to-day operations and group wide events such as training days and high adventure activities.

● Public speaking skills: learned and practiced through teaching classes at home squadron and speaking to groups of all sizes using prepared and impromptu speeches.

● Motivational skills: learned by mentoring cadets in the squadrons and staffing at group level activities to add more leadership strategies to my arsenal and become a more effective and experienced leader.

● Teaching skills: learned through hours of teaching drill and classes on different topics to cadets at both my home squadron and group wide training days.

● Time/Stress management skills: learned by maintaining a strict promotion schedule of every eight weeks, a 3.9 GPA in school, weight and functional training three times a week, and high-level tournament golf.
