  • Led 13,800 square mile missile field operations with up to 50 $6M Minuteman III nuclear intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) & supervised 30+ personnel, adhering to regulations and mission of Air Force Global Strike Command & United States Strategic Command. Managed the configuration, modification and maintenance of complex nuclear systems and subsystems.
  • Developed policies and procedures for current and future specialized nuclear and missile operations systems. Led test operations, formulated/defined specifications, and design documentation for operational components in nuclear and missile system facilities.
  • Managed $30M Simulated Electronic Launch testing for Minuteman ICBM weapons system. Led team in collaborative problem-solving to define system requirements and solutions to test related problems. Ensured end-to-end verification in the ICBM launch process and continued reliability of Air Force Nuclear Command operations.
  • Responsible for operation of 15 $5.2 million nuclear Launch Control Centers and all contained classified command, control, and cryptographic communications equipment. Oversaw all interoperability troubleshooting and issue resolution for nuclear technical and computer systems. Developed technical solutions and documentation for new component installations.
  • Managed preparation and execution of hardware and software configuration and documentation for new Department of Defense nuclear installations. Experienced with cross functional leadership of 80+ Air Force personnel.
