Currently working full time doing food delivery, as well as mixed in with previous occupations for extra income.

Kitchen manager for big local restaurant. Duties including, making sure kitchen environment is running smoothly, upkeep & maintenance of all kitchen appliances, preparation and inventory of all products.

Responsible for the teardown of all previously raced engines and very thoroughly going through all engine internals, components checking for any damage before being re-assembled and put back into car.

Responsible for cooking and preparing food on all positions in kitchen, making sure all positions are properly staffed, upkeep and maintenance of all kitchen appliances. This was a full time position up until Hired at ECR engines, then became part time picking up shifts after work.

Hired through temp agency, responsibility’s included, cleaning up welds & sharp edges on pieces of structural steel, as well as safely and efficiently using loading cranes to load steel beams on trucks to be shipped to destinations.

General maintenance lawn care. Cutting grass, cleaning flower beds, building flowerbeds, irrigation as well as other tasks based around lawn cleanup, this position was held full time as well as on and off for extra income throughout other held full time jobs.

General labor working in paper mill. Responsibility’s included safe operation of a winder machine to cut and package large rolls of unbleached brown paper to be sent to clients of the mill. Also repairing the paper making machine when it would go down.

Cleaning & Upkeep of vessel while in port as well as working with lines and a helping hand to my superiors while on water.

Responsible for safe operation of a Cnc machine and checking for all correct tolerances to create pump seals. Use of calipers and other measuring tools mastered throughout this occupation

Interior & exterior vehicle detailer as well as simple leather & other interior repair on vehicles

Responsible for keeping up with inventory and stocking shelves in grocery store
