• Lay out holes and back drill while re-countersinking skin ready to be assembled using GF RIVETS, YP HI-LOKS, HI-LITES, and BOLTS.

• 727-540, join 'mate section 44 to 46, and 48 section.
• Locate splices, drill, and countersink skin while installing in a timely manner per BAC5004-2 and 5004-1.
• Demate fuselage in order to mate back together, first sealing plane and all parts needed per BAC5000.
• Install rivets, hi-loks, and hi-lites using rivet guns, kaynar guns, and bucking bars.

• perform rework on defects marked with tape by Boeing QA and Customer Qa

• repair insufficient fillet seals ,re-entrant , unfaired
