Where I Have Been: In my early career, I combined a Bachelor's degree in Finance with practical experience as a Real Estate Agent, developing critical analytical and interpersonal skills. My technical aptitude led me to a successful transition into the field of software engineering and IT, where I honed my abilities at Kreashen Technologies as a Web Developer. This role equipped me with a strong foundation in software design and development, which I further built upon at Turnaround Consulting Services. There, I ascended from IT Lead to Lead Software Engineer over the course of 4.5 years, managing internal IT projects and leading the design of in-house software solutions. My time at Turnaround Consulting Services refined my skills in software design, code review, technical engineering, and the creation of comprehensive project plans.

Where I Am Wanting To Go: Looking forward, I intend to leverage my unique blend of financial acumen and software engineering expertise to drive innovative software solutions for businesses. Specifically, I aim to focus on the development of financial technology applications that can streamline and revolutionize the way companies manage their finances. In addition, I aim to take on leadership roles where I can guide teams in developing software that is not only technically sound but also aligns with the business objectives and financial strategies of the company. My long-term goal is to be at the forefront of bridging the gap between technology and finance, fostering efficiency, growth, and strategic decision-making.
