- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all active and past student records (ie, hardcopy of cumulative records, digital records, special ed, non-public school, home & hospital records, independent studies, etc.)
- Responsible for having complete and final grades on permanent records.
- Responsible for meeting deadlines (ie, Cal Grant, ELC, submit graduation list to district personnel, etc.)
- Enrollment of new students; Re-enrollment of returning students.
- Exiting of students (ie, graduates, transfers, moved, etc.)
- Run recalculations program for graduation requirements, gpa and class rand periodically to insure transcripts are accurate.
- Purging of old files located in the Archives Room.
- General clerical duties (ie, answer phones, copy, fax, etc.)
- Excellent customer service towards parents, students, and all staff.
