Key Deliverables

  • Project Management/ Implementation: Managing a full portfolio of projects, including budgeting, planning, vendor selection, and program execution. Responsible for the entire project life cycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control through closeout.
  • Scope Management: Taking a full lead in formulating functional requirements and assists the product owner and business analyst in capturing the requirements in a concise manner so that scope expansion can be avoided. Also ensures that non-functional, security, infrastructure, test scope, customer support, application support, change management, and impact management requirements are captured in detail and agreed upon with all stakeholders. This varies from project to project, but it really helps me deliver the project with quality and on time and on budget.
  • Application Development & Application Support: Ensuring Infra readiness, Designs, Functional, non-functional, security related requirement discussion are completed before kick starting the development phase and at least having a sign-off on priority module.
  • Implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines: Closely monitor project tasks defined in the project plan and ensure that they are completed within the established time frame so that variances can be reduced, and that the project is completed on time and within budget by adhering to established project controls and policies. In case of delays, always try to inform the stakeholders in advance and organize a meeting with them so that appropriate preventive measures can be taken.
  • IT Delivery Management: Defining service standards and guidelines as per global best-practices, project governance structures, best practices for software delivery life cycle (SDLC), and documentation that serve as benchmarks for excellent service delivery. Preparing proposals, business presentations to clients and handling resource planning, technical direction, effort estimation, tracking , risk management & mentoring.
  • Support and Maintenance: Providing post-implementation, maintenance, and application improvement support to stakeholders with respect to the product/software application.
  • Manpower Leadership: Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations. Developing competency among the team members; managing appraisal process across the levels, conducting interviews to recruit the right talent and resources.
