- Making bill of lading (BOL) for shipments that we do not receive BOls from the customer
- Know which order will be UPS/FEDEX GROUND or FREIGHT LTL.
- Maintained accurate documentation for all shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing potential liabilities.
- Know if the order requires each, Inner or carton label and make sure that the pallet dimensions are according to the customer's instructions
- Lead in giving orders and will be sure that the orders go with all the customer's requirements.
- Checking how big the order is and knowing if the customer pays for the shipping, knowing how to change the shipping method or we pay with which method it will be shipped.
- Checking office emails if we get new customers with new requirements or if a customer changes their instructions on how to pack or ship their orders.
- Do routing in the customer portal and make sure 2 or 3 days after checking the email with the routing details.
- complete coordinated international shipping formalities, navigate customs requirements and import/export laws for efficient delivery of goods.
- Send routing by email to the customer and wait for the shipping details
