  • The Car Care Nut Automotive is a shop that specializes and provides Toyota and Lexus repairs. A garage with a small group of technicians. I ran the entire front desk operation and I ran it alone for my entire service at TCCN automotive. I showed an excellent amount of customer service skills during my time there and created many great relationships with clientele.
  • I create a great customer service atmosphere of greeting customers making appointments and explaining basic technical information on the phone and in person.
  • With my duties as a front desk receptionist and scheduler, I checked customers in through our storefront. I would tag up the keys and make sure everything was correct in our system for our technicians to know exactly what they need to do.
  • As we stayed progressively busy, I made sure all customers got their needs met by reporting incidents to my boss and technicians when necessary
