- Coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure patient receives appropriate induction therapy and medications
- Verify each recipients serologies compared to donor's.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds on each patient.
- Work with Infectious Disease members on HOPE Act patients.
- Contact for outside vendors for medications and lab tests. Leading to implementation and monitoring of new protocols.
- Participates on weekly kidney pathology rounds and facilitates treatment outlined by provider
