At Boro served as the assistant to the director of cultivation. Implemented an outdoor and indoor grow process. In charge of implementing changes, and spearheading irrigation and nutrition for the plants. We grew outdoors, as well as an indoor facility. Worked to create processes for the entire lifecycle of the plant. Boro taught me hard work and dedication to a team under pressure. Increased Thc percentages from 14% to strains hitting 24-30%. Recently taken on a sales position working closely with distributors. Looking to expand horizons and use learned skills to support a company with more growth potential.

At Zero Gravity Farms, I was working as one of two people who ran everything dealing with cultivation. Free plentiful source of water was available so deep water culture hydroponics was viable. Deep Water Culture provides excellent grow rate as well as full control of nutritional value plants receive. Involved from start to harvest as well as curing & selling. Set up nursery to house seeds & clones. Assisted in set up for vegetative & floral grow rooms. Assisted in transplant, defoliation, training, feeding, spraying, & harvesting plants. Used different sized grates to sift flower. Once cured would call to line out meet & greets with dispensaries to show products & schedule orders. Would also deliver & sell to dispensaries.

At Mellow Farms operated as one of two grow team members. Position included the following;

-Floral defoliation, sprays, feeds
