*Planning and scheduling of staff to ensure smooth operations.
*Provided various aircraft technical reports to ensure accurate data is sent to BASE stations for taking timely corrective actions and measures
* Took part in Control and Management of AOG situations and organized aircraft recovery when required ensuring minimum disruption.
