  • In this position I saw to all warehouse needs, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment that adhered to OSHA safety standards with zero write ups during my time in charge. I oversaw orders to multiple vendors while maintaining communications throughout the delivering process to ensure a time efficient and safe process while receiving shipments, cutting down on delays and allowing the team time to check for incorrect quantities or items before receiving into inventory.
  • While in this position I redesigned the warehouse to allow for more organization and consolidation of our inventory, resulting in a decrease in time required to prepare orders and more accuracy during monthly inventory counts. I also implemented a system of weekly "mini" inventory counts focusing on individual sections of approx 2,000 tires, rather than 15,000. This allowed us to count the smaller quantities throughout the week and gave us the ability to uncover and solve any small inventory inaccuracies that might occur before they grew.
