Responsible for the physical security of an historic museum encompassing 500,000 square feet and two storage buildings housing precious artwork and artifacts. Initiated a progressive training program for all staff to optimize our ability to work as a high functioning team during emergency situations. Provided overwatch of all safety systems to ensure the one million guests that attended the museum annually and our staff were safe.
