Accomplishments

During my time as a manager at Applebee's Bar and Grill:

  • 2 Promotions: 1). Promoted from Bar Manager to Bar and Service Manager: 2 departments at the same time 2). Promoted to Kitchen Manager.
  • Bar and Service Manager: Learned all of necessary information regarding bar and server standards within only 6 weeks of manager training. Managed liquor inventory during a liquor shortage. When I took over scheduling as the Service Manager, I revamped scheduling issues due to staff shortage by training employees in multiple stations and scheduling as many as 4 interviews in a single day.
  • Food Safety Evaluation: I was the manager on duty both days we received our FSE and received a 93, by myself, and a 95, with a second manager on duty, out of 100.
  • SPA: Internal evaluation examining that our store is following all the policies that pertain to our restaurant. All managers must be present. As a team, we received a score of 903 out of 1000. It is the first score over 900 for our location.
