• Analyzed daily order volume across entire facility and presented permanent enhancements to staffing plan resulting in 9% reduction of OT.

• Oversaw and motivated team of 90 associates in LTL Freight department responsible for processing 1,300 daily LTL shipments.
• Responsible for accountability of five LTL carriers, including FedEx, Averitt, XPO and SAIA, while maintaining external fault rate of .64%
• Improved internal error rate from .065% to .056%
• Developed Performance Management Program to help track and monitor individual performers.
