  • Redesigned the entire Door to Door sales process playbook. Company needed to start over completely due to internal corruption and deceptive sales practices. Began by identifying where millions of dollars in fraud had been leaking out of the program for years. The only way to rid an organization of corruption of this magnitude is to gut it completely and start the right way. My MO has always been to let bad business go to the competitors even when it comes from the top producers in the company. I began by seeking high-performing teams leaders that are squeaky clean. Takes time but it's the most vital step.

  • Helped pioneer the Door to Door industry as it is today. I stepped down from my corporate office position and went into the trenches to truly define potentia. This first year of battle in 2001 produced the first 1800 account team production and 25 years later this remains the gold standard for succeeding as a team.
  • Over the next 15 years I recruited, developed, and mentored over 25 teams of 30+ sales reps. My region always competed for top position companywide.
  • From my personal production and talent develop, nearly 1/3 of the entire companies production can be traced. That is hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.
  • In 2008 I decided once again to step away from my desk and tested my metal against the 2400 other sales reps. I ended up top 5 with just under 300 new alarm accounts in 3.5 months. Once again top 5% all time.
