  • Experience with over 100,000 km2 in the Campos and Santos Basins, Suriname, Equatorial Guinea, Canada, Bay of Campeche, and US and Mexico portions of the Gulf of Mexico
  • Planning, testing, execution, management, and delivery of 3D seismic data, for exploratory and development projects, with a focus on customer satisfaction, fit-for-purpose technical proposals, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Facilitate day-to-day operation of several project teams, responsibilities including:
    ⦁ Collaborate with vessel personnel via weekly videoconferences during acquisition of seismic data to ensure that project timelines are communicated, proposed solutions are validated as fit for purpose, and resolution of any client QC requests that may arise.
    ⦁ Assist project team in planning, testing, and execution of various processing stages throughout the life of the project.
    ⦁ Communicate project status to clients via Gantt Charts and Weekly Status reporting; develop agenda and lead weekly meetings to inform client of status, introduce testing and QC plan for upcoming stages, and communicate potential risks and potential for upsell, when possible.
    ⦁ Track POC forecasting for Business Controller; present forecasting to management and develop strategies to maintain consistency for future forecasting when risks may arise
    ⦁ Strengthen relationships with previous and new clients with clear communication and by aligning customer and contractor objectives to create a unified team mindset.
  • Streamline testing and production of new technologies for project teams to facilitate faster client decisions.
  • Collaborate with R&D to implement new technology as well as create/validate working solutions to known and unknown technical issues.
  • Assist Computer Operations in monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues related to GPC, GPU, Cray, and storage filesystems. Recent experience in cost estimation/validation and production using Google Cloud environment.
  • Support Sales teams with focused presentations and live data reviews to current and prospective customers.
  • Volunteer as regional representative of QMS team, responsible for auditing projects every quarter to ensure quality management is current and consistent across region and global imaging centers.
  • Mentor new employees via in-person training, participating in informal training sessions, with intentional focus on alignment of project duties with development plan objectives.
  • Assist in recruitment of potential employees and promotion of company at conferences and events.
