Cooking has been at the forefront of my life ever since I was very young. I am extremely passionate about food and enjoy learning new skills and gaining an overall knowledge of the kitchen. So far in my career, I have about two and a half years of experience working in restaurants. When I began my first job in the restaurant industry I instantly knew that was where I was supposed to be and thrived in that high-energy environment. I enjoy exploring different cuisines and playing with the endless amounts of flavor profiles and creative ways people make food.
