Experienced in Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting and been in Talent Lead roles for about off and on during my career now. I am highly skilled at building world-class teams in extremely fast-paced startup environments! Developed and implemented recruiting plans for the organizational pillars the team recruits on. Experience and highly enjoy helping and developing less experienced sourcers and recruiters on the team to help up-level them to better positions and help mature their skill level. I mainly enjoy startups because of the many types of projects you can take on, being able to wear multiple hats, and feeling value seeing the teams you built and the work they have accomplished.
