  • Maintained positive margins with low cost national contract rate, shop had not been profitable for years with excessive overtime and turnover prior to my arrival and stabilized within 5 months with 17 hourly technicians
  • Maintain balance and organization of multiple accounts with daily/weekly deadlines and high volumes and quick turnarounds, total volume was over 1,000 behind schedule when I arrived and was brought down to the an average of 450 unit to complete goal of 100 units/day working inventory within 6 months.
