Own and manage the end-to-end digital merchandising experience for all Fanatics Authentic products across E-Commerce and DTC platforms, directly shaping how fans discover, engage with, and purchase memorabilia online. Act as the key liaison between merchandising and operations, solving fulfillment issues, launching new category strategies, and streamlining manufacturing workflows to ensure seamless fan experiences. Function as a category buyer and planner, creating new styles, setting inventory thresholds, and managing attributes across our proprietary Home Plate inventory management system.
Manage the entire back-end product life cycle for all collectibles and memorabilia. Responsibilities include creating Product IDs (PIDs) for all products, launching and communicating all hot market and micro-moment product drops to the Product Content Marketing Team, as well as merging styles, mentoring new employees, managing inventory, and launching products to the Direct-to-Consumer Sales Team.
Manage the complete product development life cycle for all NFL and MLB collectibles and memorabilia. Building SKUs, creating product mixes, working with league contacts on approvals and all product submissions and sourced raw goods for autographed signings. Working cross collaboratively across all departments to create go-to-market campaigns and strategically execute high-stakes hot market events within the sports industry.
