  • One of the highest volume cocktail bars in New York, where I had the privilege of working with and learning from some of the best bartenders I've ever seen, many of whom also work at places like Attaboy, Dead Rabbit, and Dante. The Spaniard taught me how to make drinks at a high level with efficiency and speed, all while keeping the party going.

  • American Whiskey is NYC's UGA bar and is a stone's throw from Madison Square Garden. Here I learned the true meaning of craft and hospitality from the Beverage Manager, Joey Vargas, who was trained by Sasha Petraske. I was their Swiss Army knife. No two nights were the same, and I was placed wherever the highest pressure was.

  • Island Oyster is a seasonal bar on Governors Island. I was in charge of managing the bar team, which was comprised of the 'who's who' of NYC bartenders, a truly all-star cast of world champions and multi-award winners.
