Matt Stevens

I started down my current path as a volunteer firefighter with Mt Washington Fire as a explorer under Wayne Hodge. Helping people has always been my motivation to do better and be a more useful asset in the community. From there I started my first full time position at Scott County Fire where I gained alot of experience and knowledge along the way. After around 5 years I got hired on in the community I currently live, at Frankfort Fire where I work to this present day as a Rescue Sergeant. I have been working as a Canine Handler for around 2 years and am a member of ALTF1 currently. Frankfort Fire has been extremely supportive along the way and am looking forward to continuing this path to becoming a better asset to the team.
