Internship Responsibilities & Software Skills:

• Performed as-built changes of project plan sheets utilizing Autodesk software, helping to keep plans accurate and up-to-date for all trades & team members to view.
• Assisted team to ensure project submittals were up-to-date and accurately tracked in SmartSheets, facilitating efficient project workflows and keeping the team informed on the latest submissions and approvals.
• Skilled in using Egnyte for secure file storage and sharing, making sure project documents are well-organized and easily accessible for the team.
• Conducted regular site walks using Holo-Builder to capture progress photos using a 360-degree camera, ensuring accurate visual records of each construction phase.

Safety Tasks:

• Participated in weekly safety meetings, & conducted orientations for new trade workers.
• Walked site regularly to identify and address potential hazards, helping maintain a safe work environment. Reported findings in SafetyMojo and worked with the team to implement corrective actions as needed.
• Presented with team at all-hands monthly safety briefings covering essential safety topics. Helped reinforce a culture of safety by addressing specific site hazards and encouraging safe work habits.

Project Engagement:

• Volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, participating in hands-on construction tasks such as framing and general site work. Contributed to building affordable housing while strengthening teamwork and practical construction skills.
• Performed end-of-summer intern speech to an audience of senior leaders, summarizing project accomplishments and sharing insights from my intern experience. Demonstrated strong communication skills and confidence in a professional setting.

• Carried trays of food from kitchen to dining room when necessary. Assisted waitstaff by bringing out food and dessert plates.
